Cathy Hall is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and owner of Northwest Tennessee Appraisals. A lifelong resident of Northwest Tennessee, Cathy brings extensive knowledge of the local market along with more than a decade of professional appraisal experience.
Cathy began her appraisal training in 2010 under Jerry Davis of Davis Real Estate and Appraisals and became a licensed appraiser in 2014. She later began working as an independent appraiser with C&C Appraisals in 2016 before establishing Northwest Tennessee Appraisals in 2026.
Throughout her appraisal career, Cathy has completed approximately 5,000 appraisals, developing experience with residential properties, farms and agricultural property, vacant land, evaluations, and small commercial assignments.
Her lifelong familiarity with Northwest Tennessee provides valuable insight into the communities, rural areas, property types, and market conditions that make this region unique.
