NWTA Work Log is a Windows desktop application used by Northwest Tennessee Appraisals to manage appraisal assignments.
The work log stores appraisal records in a local or company-managed database. When Google Calendar is connected, the application accesses the list of available calendars so the user can select a destination.
For linked appointments, it sends the customer’s name, property address, appointment date, and appointment time to Google Calendar. It also reads the linked event to safely update or delete it. Google Calendar changes are not imported into appraisal records.
Google Calendar information is used only to connect the selected calendar and create, update, or delete appraisal appointments. The application manages only events it creates.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or training artificial intelligence models. Appointment information is shared with Google to provide the calendar connection and is visible according to the selected calendar’s sharing settings.
NWTA Work Log’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Appraisal records, calendar event identifiers, and the last sent appointment details are stored in the work log database.
Google authorization credentials are stored separately on the computer and encrypted using Windows protection tied to the signed-in Windows user. The application does not collect or store Google passwords.
Appraisal records and their calendar links remain in the database until deleted. Copies may remain in company backups according to the company’s backup practices.
Users can disconnect Google Calendar in the application’s settings to remove locally stored authorization credentials. Access can also be revoked through their Google Account settings.
Disconnecting does not delete appraisal records or existing calendar events. When deleting a linked appraisal, the user can choose whether to delete its Google Calendar event.
